Talking Tom - wonder cat

Gaming and fun apps are today's best sellers. Nowadays, everyone is techno savvy.. be it a 2yr old baby or 70yr old parents. Everyone loves Ipads and tablets. Main thing that attracts people on Ipads or tablets are games and applications that are available on the online market. Today I want to talk about my favorite app that is "Talking Tom".In this digital age where you can grow crops on your virtual firm, why not have a pet in your pocket !

Apple store had this application in the beginning before it entered Android market. Everyone enjoyed this free app developed by Outfit7 company. Many millions customers downloaded this application and enjoyed playing with Tom Cat. Resisting against TomCat would be futile. Today's digital toddlers are spending more time in swiping a screen than turning pages of a book. Toddlers, teenagers to old age people every body liked this application in a short time.

Tom is a pet cat that responds to your touch and repeats everything you say in a funny voice. You can pet him, poke him in his head or belly, pull his tail or feed him milk. You can pretty much do whatever you would for a domestic cat. Except TomCat is more fun since he talks to us! If you ignore him he will constantly yawn at you to pull the attention. The cool part of this application is when you say something the way TomCat puts his hand around his ear as if you are whispering. But the very next moment he repeats whatever you have told him. This application can be downloaded on iPhone, iPads, PCs, android phones and tablets.

This app is a great way to get a laugh out of people and its fun to use. If a baby is crying or not listening to you then give this application and see what fun they will have. This application has attracted people from all age groups and all kinds. There is no restriction to what language you are using to talk to this TomCat. Being an engineer I wanted to test the application. So I tried chanting difficult phrases from the Vedas and to my shock TomCat is seriously repeating them as if he is an expert. There are many videos on youtube where TomCat has successfully sung indian songs! There are many versions apart from tom cat. There is Talking ben, talking larry, talking bacteria and so on. However, after the success of Talking tom only 'Talking Ben' has been successful in drawing people's attention.

This application is one of my favorites and in my spare time I usually sing a song to the cat or if I am angry i open this application and start venting out my thoughts and the way TomCat responds is so funny. It makes me forget my anger and within 10mins my mood is fresh. Whenever I want to demand something from my boss, I record it in TomCat and let TomCat convey things that are difficult for me to say. The application has been carefully designed to meet the standards of an actual cat. The way Tom Cat responds to your poke or love is amazing. If you hit on his toes then it screams "Aiyooo". If you poke in his stomach he makes a wierd noise equivalent to what a cat would make.

Few days back Talking Tom version 2 was released and there were instantly 1.8 million downloads. TomCat has million fans around the world who want to see how his character and story will evolve.

Talking Tom is definitely one of the best fun filled and entertaining talking animal application !

My destiny

A black Ford sedan arrived on Jani market street, mumbai. Another car was already parked there waiting in the dark. In the ford car, there was a beautiful cute 8yr girl with long hair, fair skin and cute smile, who sat with other girls and carefully listened to the instructions from Romeo. "Okay, Munni all you need to do is get into the car in front of us. You will see a man who's gonna give u some money. You charge him whatever you want to charge him, but in return you are gonna do whatever he wants you to. Its quite simple. Alright?" He sent the girl out. The man inside the other car drove her to an abandoned parking lot near railway tracks, paid her Rs.10,000. He later dropped that girl to Romeo's car. He took her money and started counting.

"Can I have some money?" said Munni.

"Munni, you are making this money for me. So that I can take care of you, give you shelter, food and clothes. I will buy you whatever you want." said Romeo.

I am Munni and I am 13yr old girl who was made to work in a brothel in Mumbai. I was 5yrs when I was taken away by child rescue group during Mumbai blasts as my parents died. I was 10yrs when my grandmother took me to her home in a nearby village. I was molested by my maternal uncle, I went to stay with one of my aunt who had not seen me since I was a baby. But unfortunately her husband started touching me, and when I told him to stop, he said I better don't say this to my aunt or else he would do more. I kept the abuse to myself and lost my virginity in this house. When the frequent molestation increased I had to leave that house and ended up living on streets and public garden. One day I got arrested at night by police when they saw me roaming after 12am. At that time Romeo saw me and appeared in front of police and told them that I am related to him. They left me with Romeo. I thought he is such a great person as he helped me with this. But I didn't know that I need to pay a life time tax to him for his favor. He took gave me shelter at this brothel and named me "Munni". My actual name is Minakshi.

Initially, i was taught how to dress up seductively... I had to even forcibly be in the room where one of the prostitute spent her night with her client. My job was to observe what she is doing and learn ! I hated everybody in this place. I tried to run away from this place but every time I got caught and my punishments were severe. They used to hit me with a hot metal that left scars on my back body. I cried each and every day for god and for freedom. But seems god doesn't listen to people like us.

I was taught swimming and also some western dance moves to attract sometimes at our place policeman or MLAs used to come and watch cricket match. We small girls were supposed to go n sit on their lap while they try to touch our organs. I started hating myself for getting this miserable life and decided to cut my hand and end my life. But for my badluck I cudn't do that either. I grew up and became 13yrs now. I was finally eligible to handle customers who were sick and who want to molest young girls. Even though I earned money I had to give it away to Romeo and our madam who still used to treat us worse than a street dog.

Slowly, I started drinking alcohol when i crossed 16 yrs and liked the idea of getting tipsy and living in a dreamworld. I was always told by my romeo that i would become a "world class escort", which meant prostitute for a high society. I had become suicidal and weak emotionally. I don't have an aim in my life. Girls of my age go to school, learn to be something in their life but for me life was worthless. I was not being taken to bachelor parties, clubs where I can drink to that extent where there is no looking back and people can do whatever they want to with me. But there was something in that drink that made me to vomit and to my surprise I found blood. I was taken to a doctor by Romeo where they found that someone mixed poison in few drinks to kill someone. Romeo and madam were trying to search doctors who could treat me. I was becoming blue and pale and I was clearly able to see death closely to me. They were crying, not because they loved me but they were going to loose a fortune of cash. But I was cool and enjoying my last days of this terrible life. I knew I was going to die but the fear vanished as soon as I understood that now i will be freed from this brothel and this terrible life of mine where nobody cared for me. So, before they could arrange a doctor I took a knife lying on the nurse's table and stabbed myself to death even faster. My last wish before I reach my final destination is "nobody gets a life like me"...

Switch to Diesel -- Life's so easier !

Buying a car could be very painful process. All sorts of ideas run through your mind like reliability, performance, price and reviews. The secret for choosing the right car is to find a balance between these requirements. But most people should consider one more choice - Petrol or Diesel ??

We all know that in few decades petrol reserves would be extinct. Every year we see a hike in petrol prices in every country. We all heard about rabbit and tortoise story. Petrol reserves are like rabbit, who ran faster in the race but at one point they will be resting forever i.e. they will be extinct. However, diesel is like a tortoise who is walking slow and steadily in the race. But people notice tortoise only after rabbit fells asleep. Similarly, today people are actually considering switching to diesel instead of petrol when its reserves are diminishing. Its never too late !

Lets see some technical aspects that makes diesel cars to stand out in this race. Diesel and petrol are both products from oil. Gasoline (or Petrol) is a volatile liquid, extremely flammable and can be lit by a spark. However, diesel is a heavier liquid. Because of this there is drastic difference in the way they ignite the fuel. In petrol engine fuel vapor is ignited at the precise moment by a spark. While in diesel engine, fuel is ignited by combination of pressure and temperature, hence spark is not needed. So, diesel engines are simple and there is no need for complex electronics needed for the ignition system. Diesel engines tend to be heavier since they have to withstand greater forces. Apart from these technical aspects if we see the longevity of these engines then petrol engines are considered worn out after they cross 100,000 miles but diesel engines on the other hand are considered warmed up after 100k miles.

But if we see other aspects then petrol is not safe for the environment. There is lot of pollution nowadays because of this. But when clean diesel fuel is combined with modern diesel engines, it almost has no emissions. There is much better fuel economy, longer life and diesel engines are better deal for the environment than the petrol engines. Diesel engine cars would be expensive to buy but definitely its not that bad deal after knowing all this.

These engines are extensible as well. We all know that when Rudolph diesel invented diesel engine, he actually used peanut oil. First diesel engines ran on vegetable oil. Converting diesel cars into vehicles that can be fueled with vegetable oil can be an intriguing idea for the coming decades. In few countries the conversion kits are also available using which we can actually use vegetable oil to power the engine. The current fuel crisis have made people to search for other alternatives and shifting towards recycled vegetable oil goes beyond today's economic realities. There is a growing movement towards the use of renewable and recyclable sources of fuel.

Hence, I would say shift to diesel and make your present and future life easier ! There are many upcoming models of modern diesel cars in India and other countries. In India, Fiat has launched "Fiat Punto 90 HP" which has fiat multijet diesel technology at the price of a petrol car ! It has a superior fuel efficiency of 20km/l ! The cool Italian design and dynamics of the car is excellent. Fiat is delivering cars with both personality and real-world practicality and combining these attributes with engines that put our economy and environment at the forefront of our thinking !
